Rosemary Turkey Salad

Enjoy this dish as a way to use up leftover roasted turkey or chicken.

You’ll Need

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 ½ cups cooked turkey
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple cored and shredded

Directions

  • Combine mayonnaise, parsley, rosemary and pepper.
  • Add turkey and apple. Toss gently.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
