Our vision is to change the culture of health. Mediterranean Wellness was founded to provide a new paradigm to an old problem. In the short term, Dr. Clower’s programming works by teaching individuals the healthy eating behaviors of the Mediterranean culture. The program trains them to limit their consumption, and so their calories, and so their weight. Participants are inspired, learn to love their food again, and stick with the program due to logical lifestyle changes that work.
Mediterranean Wellness works in the long term because there is no deprivation in quantity or quality. You are allowed (and encouraged!) to eat the most sumptuous foods on earth. You can do that because you also learn how to control your consumption solely through your personal eating behaviors. These new eating habits will last a lifetime.
